HairDoc is a clinic-based service provider. This website does not offer a retail checkout for physical products and does not provide shipping, courier delivery or home delivery. Shipping charges, dispatch deadlines, order tracking and courier returns are therefore not applicable.

1. How Services Are Delivered

Every patient seeking treatment must first attend a paid consultation. Following assessment, the treating professional may recommend an appropriate care plan. Consultations, treatment sessions and follow-up visits are provided at HairDoc’s clinic locations. The relevant branch, consultation fee and appointment schedule are communicated before the visit and payment. Treatment fees, if any, are explained separately before proceeding.

2. Clinician-Recommended Care

Following individual consultation and assessment, a treating professional may recommend medicines or care materials as part of a patient-specific treatment plan. Such items are not available for separate online purchase and are not shipped through this website.

3. Appointment and Service Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not mean an appointment is confirmed. The clinic team will contact the patient and confirm the branch, date and time. Any applicable fee and payment instructions will be explained before payment is accepted.

4. Cancellations and Payment Issues
